Imade the mistake of updating a package near the end of a project that utilized the dash core components (to get a feature to work). The project has stopped working. According to this site it states it is dependent on dash, but fails to work with the latest version of dash if I understand correctly. Is there an easy way to get these packages to work again?

You don't need to go back to be able to use dash core components. They are still part of dash, they have just moved to the main repo.By installing dash pip install dash you are already installing dash_core_components. But, you will need to access the library like this:

does anybody know whether there a version of Dash that I can use with a Werkzeug package version >2.3.8? I would like to use these versions, however am running into conflicts with Dash if I specify e.g. Werkzeug 2.3.8 in my requirements.txt. Dash 2.14.2 works if Werkzeug is not specified with a version, however seems Werkzeug 2.3.3. is then fetched.

First of all: I read somewhere, but I'm not sure that it's correct, that package version numbers after the dash are for archlinux-specific packaging updates. For example, if pacman upgrades a package from version 1.2.3-7 to 1.2.3-8, this means that there were no changes upstream (the source code, data, etc used are the same), but there were packaging changes (for example, a new patch was applied, or the installation path for some files changed). Is my understanding correct?

My second question is: where can I see what exactly are these packaging changes? I know that AUR packages have PKGBUILD's, and I can see them by cloning aur.archlinux.org/packagename.git . Do packages in the official repositories have PKGBUILDs?

The number before the : is the epoch. This overrides the version for ordering purposes, e.g. 3:3.1 is considered newer than 2:3.2. It's used when a packager needs to downgrade a package in the repos for one of various reasons.

The number (value, really) after the - is the release. It differentiates between different releases of a package that have the same version. It's used for e.g. security patches to an existing version of the software.

This way we can still know the version order clearly from the package version string, or be able to differentiate them at all if the original package makes the cardinal sin of actually reusing an old name release in the new scheme.

Today I am sharing one of my favorite Dot + Dash quilts - The Scrappy Ruby Star Society Version. The Dot + Dash quilt is a great beginner quilt pattern that works well to showcase a fabric collection or your favorite colorway. In this version I am going all out with a huge stack of scraps!

If this quilt looks familiar - it's because I shared it a few times already on some other blog posts. I am trying to share a complete blog post about each quilt I create before I share it in my shop - we spend so much time working on these it needs to be documented!

This quilt was created in an effort to use up a large pile of scraps I had left over from a couple of other projects. Mixed in with all of the prints are some scraps of Moda Bella solids - that coordinated nicely with all of the Ruby Star scraps.

I saved any scrap that was at least 2.5" wide - the size needed for the quilt pattern and started cutting into piles. I took note of how many of each size cut I needed by referencing the "Make it Scrappy" Instructions that are located at the bottom of each quilt size cutting chart.

When making each block I focused on a nice combo of fabrics / colors / solids. That way when I joined them into rows and then into the quilt top, it would go together nicely without having to think too hard about the layout and placement.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today friends! The Dot + Dash quilt is a fun one to use with a stack of fat quarters, a jelly roll or even scraps like I did on this Scrappy Ruby Star Society version.

I love this pattern and own a copy from your website.

Thanks for explaining how you got organized. I love scrappy quilts!

Did you change anything recently in the pattern?

I am currently organizing projects in my sewing room. Bought many project boxes on sale, now I just need to add your project form.

Thank you,

Cheryl

An Italian version of the Disability of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) questionnaire has been devised and its reliability and validity have been assessed in a cross-sectional study of 108 consecutive patients with upper extremity pathologies. A sub-sample of 30 patients was used to assess re-test reliability. The principal DASH scale showed a high correlation with other patient-oriented measures and demonstrated good reproducibility, consistency and validity, which were similar to those for other languages' versions of DASH. These findings suggest that the evaluation capacities of the Italian DASH are equivalent to those of other language versions of the DASH.

Fitcam figured a way to install in new Sprinter van the utilized existing system wiring. Great customer service on this project. Camera works as designed and this being my 3rd unit, highly recommend for all your vehicles.

After looking for a long time, I saw this one and - even though I had to get the universal model, not the model specific one, it came with the correct plug for my Lexus so that it was literally a 5 minute install. Even the universal one looks well integrated. Works with the ignition and required zero wiring - just plug and play.

The same vehicle also has a car play interface that uses WIFI as well so that the only way to use the camera was to disconnect from the stereo interface and connect to the camera. That was a let down but also not unexpected as the Lexus is not newish.

Hello. I am currently using bluetooth adapter and Android phone.

My questions are how can I connect to CAN bus of my motorcycle? And is it possible to permanently set these up to my motorcycle using a waterproof android head unit? Thanks

ELM327 adapter can work as direct CAN adapter too, and works quite OK if you never send any frames from RealDash to your motorcycle. If you are planning to send frames, other options work better/faster.

Here you can find out which adapters are supported. I use OBDLink LX. I tested this device in OBD and CAN adapter mode (firmware version of ELM327 is 1.4b) and it works well.

Before you understand which description file to use, you need to run tests. Connect the device to RealDash as a CAN/LIN adapter and see if you receive the data stream from the motorcycle bus.

It isn't up to Apple to fix. If you have followed all of the steps in the Related Article listed in the post, then contact the app developer for support on their app. The support document also contains a link on how to contact an app developer.

Delete it. In an email that I received from the representative from ROBTOB, this issue only applies to Apple users and not Windows users. So, seeing that 75% of the world still operates on Windows based products, they do not intend on fixing it for the Smart people.

I have an iPhone 7, and whenever I open Geometry Dash Payed Version, it shuts down right away. I contacted the Devs, but I haven't gotten an answer quite yet. I just bought it, and I wan't to be able to play it. What can I do?

You need to warn people if they use your technique that they are voiding any warranty they have and that there are no signed versions of iOS 14 remaining so you are also reducing the security on the device.

Like I said before in this chat 2.2 will release soon but for now you can downgrade your iOS update to anything under iOS 15 (please note if you downgrade iOS your device will lose some security stuff and will have less abilities for stuff)

As someone that does not use that app, I'm not aware of their lack of response. However, since that is not an Apple app, the app developer has to provide support to you. Apple cannot provide support for an app they have not written.

I suspect it is permission related issue, but how same dashboard is shown differently. If it would have been permission related then the user who do not have access should not be able to see the dashboard itself rather than showing different versions.

Otherwise, it is likely due to local changes that are user-specific and hidden in a user's local folder, not the app's local folder. If you have access to the search head, look in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/users///... to see if there is a copy of the dashboard XML file inside the tree under that folder. If there are different versions of the dashboard XML in the users' folders, then that very well could explain it. If this is the case, then you would need to decide what is the most authoritative copy everyone should see. If the desirable copy is the one originally packaged in the app, then you need to do some work to remove the local copies. Otherwise, it is best to move the most authoritative local copy to the local folder in the app, $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps//local/data/ui/views/
