We’re hard at work planning and preparing for the Fiber Arts Fiesta, October 13-14, 2012.
A couple of things we want to mention in advance, and will undoubtedly mention again:
· There is dry camping available, free for vendors, $10/night for others. When I last asked the AGSEM office about it, they were not worried about advance reservations. There will be plenty of space.
· The handicap parking is just outside the entrance to the Museum, on the right hand side. The main parking lot is on the left. There will be shuttle service to the Fiesta area.
· During the event, you cannot drive your vehicle on the Museum grounds. This is a Museum safety rule. This means if you are a worker and want to park behind the barn, you have to arrive well before before 10am and stay until after 4pm. Vendors will have to move their vehicles from the event area by 9:30.
· Much as we love dogs they are not allowed on the Museum grounds unless they are service animals.
