Singlemode Fiber Test Companies in San Francisco Bay Area

I'm looking for referrals to companies capable of:
--bi directional testing using both OTDR and power meter of singlemode
fiber using launch and receive cables (launch and receive cables at
least 1km)
--segment distance approximately 75 route miles.
My current interest is the San Francisco bay and Sacramento areas for
an immediate requirement, but we have intermittent work throughout
California.
