Comm needed for Police/fire

At 1GB speed per second imagine what local police, fire, and emergency
services could do on a network like this. National Crime Information
and local community communication is sluggish while actual radio
frequencies have many dead spots. A department connected to Google's
wireless network would be fantastic. I would love to be a part of this
new network and get emergency departments involved and watch Google
develop new software that immediate connects all the agencies
throughout the nation. I worked many years in law enforcement and as a
Computer Administrator on Unix and Windows data systems which are
still in use today. It's time for a change as many newly developed
data and communication systems are not up to par. Ask any officer out
in the field in any city and you will find complications!
