I remember that for Qt 5.4 it was possible to install Qt without administrative rights for Windows.
After this version it's not possible anymore.
I have found these two closed issues but the problem is still present after trying to install the online and the offline version of Qt 5.6.0: qt-opensource-windows-x86-mingw492-5.6.0.exe
