Praise Report!
Judy Walker's surgery on Monday was a success. As a matter of fact, she is doing so well that she has been released from the hospital early! Please continue to pray for her as she recovers and rehabilitates from this surgery.
FUNDRAISER DINNER
Join us Oct. 14 at 5:30-6:30 pm in the FHUMC Ministry Center for dinner to raise money for God of Compassion Ministries (GOCM). Enjoy spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, green beans, rolls, cookies and cream cake, and sugar-free dessert, all prepared by chef Josh Nowell.
The Haiti team will prepare and serve dinner that evening all for a donation toward the trip. The funds will be used to help pay for food for the community, medicine for the clinic, and Gospels of John in Creole.
GOODTIMER CRUISE MEETING
If you are going on the cruise with the GoodTimers please plan on being at the last meeting this Sunday, October 11, in room 125 at 2 pm.
