All, HERE is a link to the FC Council meeting Tuesday, August 27. The Moratorium Bill 24-12 will begin with public comments after 7PM. First on the agenda right at 7PM is a separate Bill open to public comments.

Our focus this next week is on the Moratorium Bill being proposed. Please note the 3 sections below 1) a powerpoint outlining the moratorium, 2) where to send a letter about it, and 3) details on the workshop & public comment.

Writing a letter about the Moratorium: Please use these resources in writing your own letter about the moratorium. I will send a separate email for our joint letter.

Public comment on the Moratorium: If you want to attend in person, please note that this is a Workshop - which is a bit different from a regular County Council meeting. County Council Workshop's agenda will be published next week, and the Moratorium discussion will consist mostly of public comment. I will try to stay on top of this, but I am at a conference & in classes all next week.
