Sir, as stipulated in our quotation form, our lead time to deliver is 15 days from receipt. Due to its urgency as claimed by Ms. Dann, she inquired when the items would be delivered? I ascertained first its availability (on-stock) with my sources, then I replied back with possible delivery within 5-7 working days. She further asked if it is possible to deliver within 3 to 5 days upon receipt of purchase order, to which I gave an affirmative response. But though I gave a response, the price to beat the offer of other suppliers will not be profitable for us to take considering the 40% GP floor threshold.
