Dear All Supplier,

 

Good day!

 

We would like to formally advise that our facility will not be accepting or receiving any deliveries on June 13, 2026 (Saturday). This is in line with management’s decision to observe “ INDEPENDENCE DAY “ on June 13, 2026, in lieu of the regular June 12, 2026 schedule.

 

During this time, all receiving operations will be temporarily suspended. We kindly request that you make the necessary adjustments to your delivery schedules to avoid any inconvenience or disruption.

 

Please be informed that normal receiving operations will resume on June 15, 2026 (Monday), at which time deliveries may proceed as usual. We appreciate your continued cooperation and understanding. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to coordinate with us.
