To ensure that our records are aligned and to help prevent any missing deliveries or invoices, we would like to inform you that the submission schedule for your Statement of Account (SOA) or Billing Statement has been changed from every 25th of the month to every 5th of the month. This is to facilitate balance reconciliation and verification of payable amounts.
For now, please submit your open and updated SOA/Billing Statement as of May 31 2026.
