FHIRBase Database for DSTU 3.0

Hi,

This is regarding the FHIRBase version database which is provided. As per our understanding the database is for FHIR DSTU 2.0 and the latest being 3.0. If this is the case, how can the database be updated to 3.0.

This question came up because in the following scenarios:

1) While searching patient by GeneralPractitioner(3.0), the results are not coming. Searching by CareProvider(2.0), the results are shown.

2) Value Sets for Race and Ethnicity does not return latest records.

Please let us know if there is any help on the above questions.
