How to deploy FHIR data structures in an openMRS(or like openMRS) system

Hello,

We have used FHIR data structures to built a FHIR compliant Web-Server(with JAX-RS services),

and on client side we have built a mobile application and a web application for e-Registry purpose for one disease.

We want to standardize it completely and wish to use an open-system for the same.

Right now what we have is in-memory data structures (for testing purpose), 

and now we wish to deploy the same on some actual physical database,

but not just any DBMS, we want it to be universally accepted standard, 

so that we can extend it and even use the existing functionality without re-writing the entire code fro a different disease.

Please help.
