File system stats take many seconds to return after initial BeeGFS mount

Hello,

I am running Beegfs V8 on RHEL 8.10.

A single server is running the MGMTD, Meta, and Storage services. 

Clients mount the beegfs mount via the beegfs-client-dkms package, so mounts are configured via an fstab entry.

Beegfs file system stats roughly take 5 seconds to return after the initial mount, then work as usual.
The file system will randomly do this and I have not observed any behavior that I can determine what the cause of this may be. 

Any assistance for troubleshooting/debugging is appreciated -- I can provide more detailed information if requested on this matter.
