meta service can't startup unable to open xattr metadata

Hi,

The metada data is under xfs filesystem, we use xfs_repair to repair the filesystem.

When we start metadata service get the below error messages,

Limiting number of xattrs per inode.

Unable to open/read xattr metadata file : inodes/35/5B/disposal. SysErr: No data available.

Beegfs 7.1 with CentOS 6.10

Any suggestions,
