Hi,

which version of fhgfs is installed on your system? Can you provide the
output of the command "fhgfs-ctl --listnodes --nodetype=meta --details"?
The fhgfs-ctl is part of the fhgfs-utils package.

The output contains the ID of the root metadata server.
