Meet Le Dock's new chef -- Michael Brafman

Le Dock would like to welcome our new Head Chef, Fair Harbor's Michael Brafman. Because of his many years of culinary expertise, we are planning on changing the menu weekly. We will be offering a wide range of ethnic cuisines ensuring our many repeat customers have an opportunity to sample his many incredible creations. Le Dock also has off-site catering, take-out and delivery service from Lonelyville to Kismet.

Michael is a 20+ year veteran of NYC and Boston’s restaurant scene having worked for Danny Meyer, Jean Georges Vongerechtien and Geoffrey Zakarian.

Born in NYC Michael started cooking as a teenager and was hooked immediately. After a brief career in finance Michael came back to the hospitality industry to hold positions in both the kitchen and dining room and leading some of the most beloved restaurants. Michael has also been a resident of Fair Harbor for over 20+ years with his beautiful wife Emily Goodman and 2 children, Nicky and Celia. Great to have you Mike, and we welcome you to our Le Dock family!
