In Loving Memory of Sharon Deleasa

Denise Ospedals, a good friend of Sharon's, writes: 

It is with a heavy heart, but a lifetime of beautiful memories, that we announce the passing of Sharon Deleasa, who left us on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

Sharon was truly one of a kind. A successful businesswoman with a signature style, her real gift was making life beautiful for everyone around her. She was an extraordinary cook who loved nothing more than entertaining, hosting magnificent gatherings, and going all-out for every single holiday.

Some of her absolute happiest decades were spent living in Fair Harbor, Fire Island, where she was a vibrant and cherished fixture of the community. If she wasn’t on the beach soaking up the sun with friends or tending to her beautiful garden, you could find her chasing the latest fashion trends, passionately cheering on her beloved New York Giants, or relaxing with a glass of Voga wine alongside friends and her beloved cat, Madison.

Sharon’s vibrant spirit, generous heart, and love for life will be deeply missed but never forgotten by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a close circle of deeply loved friends who became her chosen family. Sharon lived fully, loved fiercely, and hosted beautifully.

Rest in peace, dear Sharon. May your gardens always bloom, your skies always be beach-blue, and your Voga glass always be full.
