organic control for lice on chickens

any suggestions? have any of you experienced this problem? my chickens
are truly free range, they have access to dust baths, both natural and
boxes, are not crowded etc. i have a few that struggle with lice-
mostly the chickens i bought as pullets that have clipped beaks (i'm
not a fan but needed to add to my flock last year). all the on- line
remedies include chemical dusts....like Sevin.
