Hi all, our troop financial Statements are finally in.  You can pick them up from the file cabinet on my porch at your convenience - 308 E Sutton Street, Fayetteville.  There are statements for several months, patches and other important mail for nearly every troop.  If you are unable to leave your home due to Covid 19, high risk, or been exposed to Covid 19, please let me know and I will arrange to have your bank materials sent to you.

Everyone has been given a one month extension, your troop financial reports are now due June 30th, 2020.  There will be no other extensions given.

  • Financial Report Notes:
    • This report covers everything from May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020.
    • Early bird money was deposited on February 11th.
    • Reports can be submitted online through VTK, BUT if you are unsure about the accuracy of your report please send to me first as corrections cannot be made after sent to the council.
    • Reports can be turned via email; to kris...@kristinasmith.us or a hard copy can be mailed to 308 E Sutton St, Fayetteville AR 72701 – or dropped off in the “GS” cabinet on my porch
    • Remember to include copies of all receipts, April Bank statement, and any supporting documentation (i.e. monthly account record, cookies sales report, fall product sales report, etc..)
    • If you are missing any bank statements, please let me know and I will arrange an extra copy to be sent to you.
    • If you would like help with your report, I can be reached by email or phone (479-422-0121) and I am happy to arrange a zoom or in person meeting to help you through any or all of the process.
