Hi Guys,

Here’s a first draft of a sponsorship enrollment form.  We can discuss on our call tonight.  I’ve included Brett’s letterhead concept to give everyone in idea of what that would look like.  Talk to you in a bit.  Scott

Ok, let's try this - Brett!
(Eventually I'd have to work with the over all placement, but this should give them an idea)

Brett,

Can you throw your letterhead on this form?  I would like to show it to the group tonight in a near final version.  Thanks!  Scott

Can you place the Jpeg as a background in Word? Place that as a picture? I made the resolution a little higher for the Jpeg for just the background. But this should give you a little to play with.

Thanks - Brett!

Brett,

I prefer your logo design way more than the psychedelic one, and I don’t I like the two of them together on the same page.  Can you send me a revised copy that I can work with in Word but with only your letterhead design down the left side of the page, and completely eliminate all other graphics?  If you can send that back to me I can keep working on the sponsorship form using your letterhead design.  Thanks, Scott

Hey Brett,

I’d love to look at your designs.  Would you mind forwarding them to me?  BTE, I’ve been working on a sponsorship form.  It’s not done yet but I thought I would send it to you anyway.  Maybe I’ll want to use the same artwork that you’ve been working on for the letterhead.  Thanks for your work.  Scott

The Estes park in the logo is in the Photograph, not in the design so to speak.

I think it's important to Keep Pontiac in there especially as the Brand is officially gone not only as a tribute
but for a broader appeal and brand recognition. Especially it it startes gettign more National attention.

"1st" over "First" is more of a design and space choice in how the lines of text all work together and how the
space is used, but I can play with that some more... and yes there is always more info we'll need to add as
these are preliminary.

I'm sure you guys will all have a lot to look over and a lot to decide on... so I'll wit to do anything until everyone
can weigh in. But please do keep in mind that everything is in it's place for a reason...

Thanks - Brett!

Brett,

I love the T-shirt front and back. Only changes I think I would make... On the chest, make "Estes Park" Centered and same color of the "Colorado"

On the back, I don't think we really need Pontiac on there??? I like the angled word design, but would spell out "First" instead of "1st"... and maybe put the "Estes Park, Colorado" across the bottom in the same style and color lettering?

something like this...                   First

                                            Generation

                                              Firebird

My $.02

Ok guys, I took some time today to play with the over all concept.

First I started playing with the Logo based off of Jerry's information he sent.
Then I worked up multiple versions of that and came to a couple final variations.

Then I started playing with the Tee Shirt design and again came up with a few
variations and then as that was coming together well, I incorporated the "logo"
I had started and made them all work around the same theme. I kept the shirt
designs under 6 colors to keep the cost under control.

Then I started applying them to a variety of marketing materials such as a Mock
Flyer, Letterhead, Business Cards etc.

So attached you will find a Tee shirt mock up, the Full Back Layout, the Front Left
Chest Layout, then quick mock ups for the Letterhead, Business cards and a start
on a flyer etc.

I'll send the Tee Shirt art files first and the rest of the Marketing Package in another
email as the files are still good sized even as PDF's.

So look things over and let me know what you think.

Talk at ya - Brett!
