Hey guys,
I started this new thread for the discussion regarding sponsorship. It
will probably be easier than trying to CC everyone and losing track of
what has been said or done. With this, you can go to the Google Group
page and click on the discussion link and view everything. It doesn't
look like David will be able to attend the Conference call on Friday
due to work obligations, so I thought this would help all involved.

We need to get this Sponsorship in motion as quickly as possible so
here is some of the things we need to get done before we can proceed
much further with the actual solicitation of funds.

We have to decide on the LOGO, for the Flyers and Sponsor Sign Up
Sheets. ( I still like the round one I did :-D )
We have to decide who is going to be the primary people involved.
We have to decide what the Sponsor Levels are and what they will get
in exchange. ( Besides the website.)

Here are my thoughts on the levels:
Platinum.....( $10K and only one slot available...first come
first serve. They get top billing for the event.)
Gold...........( $5K or more with multiple slots...These get
front page website/flyer exposure, maybe 3" x 2" )
Silver..........( $2K - $4999 with multiple slots...These get
flyer/secondary website exposure maybe 2" x 2" )
Bronze.......( $1K - $1999 with multiple slots...These get flyer
exposure only maybe 2" x 1" )
?NAME?.....( Up to $1000 with multiple slots...These get flyer
exposure only maybe 2" x 1/2" )

The Platinum will get Front Page and Heading on the Website and
Flyers...FGF Cannonbird Run sponsored by "*"
The Gold will get a 3x2 spot on the flyer and a Logo/Link on the front
page of the website.
The Silver will get a 2x2 spot on the flyer and a Name/Link on the
front page of the website.
The Bronze will get a 2x1 spot on the flyer and a Name/Link on
secondary pages of the website.
The ?NAME? will get a 2x1/2 spot on the flyer and a name only on the
secondary pages of the website.

Those are my thoughts...
