Attached are my revised drafts of our sponsor/exhibitor information sheet and registration form. I think these are pretty close to final copy but please review carefully to look for typo’s, correct addresses, email addresses, website address, etc.
Bret, I’m anxious to see how these will look as soon as you finish with logo & stationary design. We may need to reformat these forms a bit to accommodate the final logo design.
On a related note, where do things stand with the YMCA? Who has been taking the lead in our communications with them? I can still have my friend Gail (who is a professional event planner) help us with the final negotiations, but I need to provide her with a fairly detailed breakdown of what we want from them. The clock is ticking and we need to get some of these things firmed up soon. If we need another conference call, I can be available most any evening this week.
