YMCA of the Rockies tentative confirmation

OK guys, we've got our block of 50 rooms reserved at the YMCA.  They are now drafting the final contract that Dave will sign sometime in the next few days.  We need to hit the ground running with our marketing efforts ASAP so we can get guys reserving rooms . We can use their (and our) room deposits to cover the interim cost of reserving the block of rooms. (we need a total of $1,250 on deposit which is $25 x 50 rooms).  That is the only cash we need to come up with in the near future - at least as far as teh YMCA is concerned.

 

We just need to wrap up our web site, marketing flyer and a phone number and we're good to go.  Any progress with any of these items?  Scott

Contact the Y directly, let them know you are with the FGF group for the rally. They will have the discounted rates ready for you. I assume upon signing the contract they will give me a reservations code that our group will use for the reservations. Give me until a little later this morning and I will have the proper code, phone # and web address to make the reservations.
