YMCA of the Rockies Map and Banquet locations

Guys,
Per our call the other night, I followed up with the YMCA to see if they have a smaller (i.e., less expensive) banquet rooms for our Saturday night dinner. Per the attached flyer, yes there are some other options. However, most of the other rooms are smaller and wouldn’t work if we get a large turnout. It looks like the Walnut Room and the Assembly Hall are the two best options that would work, although the Willowme building might work as well. If we get a good turnout and if we want a dance floor, the Walnut Room might not be big enough. We would save $200 using the Walnut Room over the Assembly Hall assuming we can make it work. My vote is to book the Walnut Room and if it turns out that we have a bigger turn out than expected we can try to switch to the Assembly Hall or we can ditch the dance (giving us more room for seating). Thoughts??
Also attached is a better map of the property. There are no lodging buildings immediately adjacent to the Willowme building and the parking lot that we will be using. All of the lodges are about 5-10 minutes away on foot or about a ½ mile drive. There is not any shuttle transportation on the property. I don’t know that this changes any of our plans, but it’s good information to have so we can answer questions going forward.
