Question for google groups - if I want to cc Brett regarding the logo
design, but he is not in the google group, how does he get the email??
Registration costs - calculated based upon fixed expenses divided by #
attendees. Sponsorship funds would be used for any gas reimbursements,
charity tie-ins, etc
Fixed expenses------
Beer Fri/Sat at $15/person total
Sit down banquet Sat $35/person
Sat evening entertainment(floor, lights, sound, whatever) - $5/person
Show trophies(10) - $5/person
Committee costs(copies/Fedex/website, whatever) - $5/person
Tshirts - $15/person
Misc - $10/person
Total registration fee: $90/person, for this they get a car show with
trophies for all classes(driver to show); a really fun event in Estes Park,
CO; the chance to meet fellow FGF enthusiasts; a guided cruise through the
Rocky Mountains with a riverside honkytonk destination, a sit-down banquet
with guest speakers covering firebird development/design/tech info followed
by a dance; beer/wine on Friday/Saturday evening events, and ??????
Regarding sponsorships:
Here are the initial proposed sponsor categories, we should define 1 person
who will contact organizations in each category, while sharing progress with
the group. We could then post the "special contacts" request to the general
group:
National Auto Parts stores and car brands(Checker Auto, Macguires, etc)
Antique parts suppliers(Year One, Paddock, etc)
Local merchants(Banks, chiropracters, auto body, auto repair, towing, and
associated merchants)
National/local media(Speed Channel, USA today, Car&Driver, etc)
Local Media(Channel 9, Estes Park Gazette, Loveland Hearld, etc)
Special Contacts(personal contacts with specific organizations, such as John
Delorean or The Paddock- Jerry.....)

Scott will revise the attached draft sponsorship form for review
Jerry will setup fgfcannonbirdrun.com as the official website, and link a
paypal donation tab
