I hope you all have had a lovely holiday break!
Aikido classes in Forest Grove for the new year resume tonight. However, I'll be in and out of town over the next month. Check the calendar at fgaikido.com if you are uncertain about whether class is on for a specific night.

Special event in Portland on the 7th of February: A. Fleshler Shihan will teach at Multnomah Aikikai. Even if you are not actively practicing, I encourage you to attend or at least come and watch.
