Salam.

Meeting esok (27/7/2012) might be the most important meeting. All the committees shall present him/herself to the meeting which will be held at 3p.m in meeting room block 20.

Those who have class/lab/tutor/test/quiz should also be present with a letter approved by the lecturer(of that subject). Tindakan tegas akan dikenakan kpd sesiapa yg tdak hadir pd meeting esok (by Dr. Afza). The template of the letter will soon be uploaded by Kak Siti.

To make sure that tomorrow's run smoothly, please make sure the things listed below is ready

Registration

-List name of FG/DL (has been sorted)[print]

-stage tag(stage tag must have two) [print cth & soft copy]

-List of VIP & invitation Card [invitation card print cth. make sure utk vip ngan lecturer biasa lain.]

-cert(by esok dah inform kat registra to print the cert)

Protocol

-mc text [print da siap]

-FOE - [print]

-Data in program book

  ~analysis +statistic

  ~student's list (those with dean and others by program)

  ~FGDL committee (utki dimuatkan dlm program book)

Event management

-Doa Script [print]

-mpp usher (sape yg akan mengiring VC)

-List of usherette & marshall (nama, program, id, no. tel) [print]

Media

-poster, name tag committee [print cth]

-backdrop(make sure prepared ikot current FOE) [soft copy]

Please make sure you bring those and others yg dh siap with you sbg evidence buat keje

I am not surprised at all  to hear this response from them.

 

We also have this problem with them. They do not even attend the meetings that we have on Fridays.

Even when they come for meetings, they are not prepared at all.

 

It is their ceremony and yet they do not appreciate it at all.

 

 

After all, we don’t have all this ceremony when we completed our foundation last time.

UTP is the only university organizing Foundation Graduation.
