However, I would like to highlight a few important things.

 

1.       The lecturers do not have any of the committee’s contact number. In the last meeting, it was agreed that the student ( Khadijah) is supposed to email the excel file to us for our reference.

2.       Other than a few of you, the  committee members are not committed to their responsibilities. Some of them did not even bother to come to see the respective leceturers despite numerous calls and text messages. Dr Dennis in particular, have to wait for Munirah from 1.30pm but she did no turned up even at 4.30pm.

3.       I expect to see the committee  members  on this Friday meeting at 3.00pm. In particular, I would like Munirah, the media committee be present during this Friday meeting.

I totally agree with Dr Afza on the statement that the  committee members are not committed to their responsibilities  I have not seen or heard from Arif Nazmi or Ngah Zariff or Farid or Dijah or Izad Manaf who are supposed to come in see me before the next meeting. I will not be here most of next week, so I would like to see how the arrangements are by this week.
