[FASSA] FGDL 13 - Updates!

Below are several updates before the event

1. There will be no speech from VC - FOE, TFOE, MC text will be reedited(only VC part)

2. On the stage, Dean, DVCA, VC, DVCSS, Hod

3. VC, Dean, DVCA will be giving out certs for the whole event

4. Students are allowed to take photos during the certs presentation. But should be under control. It is possible that we dont announce anything relating to photos taking. But allow those who want to take with control.

Regarding the updates for the event:

1. There will be no speech from VC - FOE, TFOE, MC text will be reedited(only VC part)

Who is doing this? Done? Please bring the final copy to the meeting this afternoon.

  

2. On the stage, Dean, DVCA, VC, DVCSS, Hod

Usherers informed/ready? Do they know what to do?

 

3. VC, Dean, DVCA will be giving out certs for the whole event

Are they taking turns? This has to be worded into the MCs' script. I haven't seen the script... :(

 

4. Students are allowed to take photos during the certs presentation. But should be under control. It is possible that we dont announce anything relating to photos taking. But allow those who want to take with control.

My past experience tells me that some of them will pose for the pictures thus DELAYING the whole process. I agree that they should be allowed to have friends take their pictures but we MUST inform them that no posing/pausing will be allowed. Time is of the ESSENCE. We may want to bring this up during the meeting today.
