-list name of recipients(based on the cgpa) - Azhar

4. Event management

-list of ushers and marshals - nazmi

Update:

1. 25 july 2012 - briefing - dijah, please update on this

2. To all MEDIA department, please meet sir faizal on Monday - didi, myb bleh lead utk jmpe sir faizal with  nizam, dini, dan, wan

3. To all PROTOCOL department, please meet Dr Dennis on Tuesday - to bisyrun n ain munirah 

4. We will have a MEETING again this week on Friday to update on each department.

Esok dija akan jumpa sir faisal utk confirmation tempat di LH1
