moving to autotools

Hello !
everything is in the title.
unfortunately, most tests are not designed as autotools tests so they need some rewrite. Same for the abstruse benchmark directory (and we should avoid code rewrite with LinBox benchmarks directory).
Hopefully there will soon be no more duplicate code in LinBox and Fflas-Fpack and fflas-ffpack will get its own documentation (initiated on the same draft as LinBox and Givaro's)
