linbox 1.3.0

Hello !

LinBox 1.3 is out, integrating some of the Raleigh discussions, a lot of code polishing and bug fixing, more support for various compilers and platforms. Some API changed, so the minor version changes to 3. Givaro 3.6 and Fflas-Ffpack 1.5 are out too (see auto-install.sh for dependencies and auto-installation for the gang).

Please send bugs ! ;-)

Hello Brice,


here is one of these dinky bugs (which is fixed in LinBox by
reimplementing):


in CharPoly(ffpack.h:1519) the return type is incorrect
and the result is not initialized in case 'factor_list.size()=1'.


I attached a patch.
