The use of#pragma warning's in the simd code to tell the user that some functions are emulated is a
pain. The information is displayed in any compilation, even not using these routines, and its
importance does not seem that much space in everybody's compilation log.
I therefore commented it out.
If you (Pascal, Romain, ...) think it should be displayed somehow, let's discuss options in this thread.
