MXF with Captions

Hello.

I have a MXF file with 8 audio channels and embbeded Closed Captions (EIA-608).

I'm creating another MXF file based on it but with 16 audio channels.

But I'm losing captions when I do that.

(Actually I lose my captions whatever I do with FFMBC.)

Is there a way to process a MXF file using FFMBC keeping the closed captions stream?
