Do you have an OS requirement for this?
I say this because it's much easier to do this on Linux with a
particular manufacturer of
SDI cards which follow the UNIX philosophy of "everything is a file".
It would almost be as simple as doing "ffmpeg -i in.gxf -y /dev/
sdivideotx0"
(I forget the command line for splitting up audio and video output but
you get the idea)
Admittedly doing things like VANC would be a bit trickier but still
much simpler than
writing custom code to work with Windows drivers.
