Multithreading can be enabled by using -threads <number> before -i for decoding or -threads after -i for encoding

It uses only some percent of CPU on a machine with 40 cores.
By creating xdcamHD or ProRes I only get about 12 fps.
Can you please enable multi-threading or do some other performance tricks?
