OVERVIEW:
The Enterprise Middleware Services Team is
looking for a Sr Weblogic Portal consultant who has in-depth expertise in
Weblogic Portal. The consultant will be responsible for upgrading home-grown
Weblogic Portal shared libraries from 10.3.2 to 10.3.6 and ensuring that
adopted Portal features are functioning properly on the upgraded
infrastructure. The upgrade involves design and implementation of the shared
libraries that are used by a suite of Portal applications and issue resolution
of Portal features with vendor.
MAJOR DUTIES
· Design and implement Weblogic Portal 10.3.6 shared libraries that provide single-sign on with OAM/Security infrastructure, Unified User Profile (UUP) for user provisioning and management, propagation to migrate portal resources from one environment to another, Web Services for Remote Portlets (WSRP), user customization and user emulation for help-desk troubleshooting.
· Perform troubleshooting of the upgraded Weblogic Portal 10.3.6 shared libraries that are used by multiple applications being upgraded.
· Assist in the POC for migration from Weblogic Portal 10.3.2 to 10.3.6 and help map out the migration path.
· Validate adopted Weblogic Portal 10.3.6 features and resolve issues with vendor.
