Updating the Googledoc?

When we complete a chapter and post do we go in and add it ourselves
in the corresponding week or do one of the admins have to do it? At
what point to do we email our non posted works, when a chapter is
completed or just at the end of the week for word counts?
*is excited, posted a chapter of FS after a month of nothing and got
