So, as I understand it, chapters will be counted as complete even if
they are not (or can not be) beta'd by week's end??
Also, is submitting a Gdoc more secure than emailing a document to
someone? I'm not familiar enough with Google Documents to know if we
can protect our information that way. Is it possible to share a doc
without allowing anyone to make changes to it once it's shared?? I
mean no offense to anyone here, but as we all know plagiarism is a
huge problem on the web.
