Query on Firefox & Chorme

I am using Firefox version 17.0.1 and Google chrome version Version 23.0.1. 

The plugin is not working on these both browsers. I have attached a snapshot of the plugin information from both the browsers. 

Could you please let me know whether i am missing something or these browser versions are not supported.

Did the plugin work correctly for you using previous versions and has suddenly stopped working after an upgrade?

If you never had it working, have you tried to enable logging and see what errors might be reported?
