Build mozilla firefox and ff-activex-host ok, but plugin does not work

I do the building progress and build ff-activex-host well, but at the
end, npffax.dll can not work.

Any suggestions? I have not change any thing in the source and not
come across any error.

Every things is OK, but npffax.dll can not work. npffax.dll also show
in about:plugins.

How did you install the plugin? As an .exe or an .xpi? If you used an .xpi, did you update the max version field? Which version of FF were you using?
