1. 申請的位置
請先到此網址，按右上方的登入
2. 使用您常用的信箱註冊，並設定密碼（不必用信箱密碼）
3.在下方正確填寫字詞驗證，勾選同意服務條款，即可按「建立我的帳戶」 （可能需要到您的電子信箱收驗證信），完成！
