The full Festivids schedule is:

Mon 1 Sept - Fri 12 Sept: Fandom nominations
Mon 22 Sept - Tuesday 30 Sept: Sign ups
Fri 28 Nov - Mon 8 Dec: Check in period.
Mon 29 Dec: Deadline to default on your assignment without a penalty. (The penalty is an earlier deadline the following year.)
Sun 11 Jan: Deadline to turn in your gift vid!
Sat 31 Jan: The vids in the collection go live!
Sat 8 Feb: Vidders' names are revealed!

... that said, nominations won't open at the crack of dawn tomorrow - expect them part way through the day.

Crossposting Locations:

Our recent poll of Festividders asked which communication channels Festividders use to get fannish news. Based on the results of this poll, we will be adding two new communication channels: a discord server (for challenge news and socializing) and a google group (for admin updates about challenge deadlines, pinch hits, nominations, etc).

We'll also be discontinuing posting on Mastodon (listed by 0 participants) and X (listed by 1 participant, who also listed other communication methods).

Please let us know if there are other communication methods you'd like us to consider.
