Hello, my gliding partner Mike Newman and I sent our Ventus 2CX to ReFinish last year (great job) and then it went to Slovenia for an FES retrofit. Just got it back this August. The workmanship is outstanding and we're very happy with the system. The added weight actually really helps in 18m. Factory support has been great with some small problems we've had.

Welcome Juan,
Look forward to your input and how the FES modification works with your Ventus. For what it's worth, minor problems seem to be a common occurrence. Somewhat understandable with the nature of the new technology and new aircraft designs. However, to that point there a many positive comments regarding subsequent factory support. Brave new world....
