Migration to Endpoints V2

I have an existing project currently on Endpoints V1 & Ferris3 that I’d like (if there are benefits) to move to V2….and Ferris3 did so much of the heavy lifting for me, that I really never learned the in’s & outs of Endpoints so I have no clue what to change as part of a V2 migration..
Can someone point me to related docs for guidance?
