Ferris3 - Is it possible to have say itemId as part of the url and not as a get parameter?

With the Ferris3 framework, is it possible to have a service where you pass in a key for an individual item (if it's known) but not as a GET parameter?

Such as /_ah/api/endpoint/v1/service/item/{itemId} (using GET/POST/DELETE to perform various actions on an individual item.)

I would still use hvild paginated lists for example to page through all items and make that available at the service level.
