If you're using Gmail or any web-based mail, you should be able to fill in the form directly and press submit. If that doesn't work, click on first link (circled in red in the example above), which will take you to a website to submit the form. Once you’ve filled out the form successfully, you’ll be taken to a page like this:
Around 3pm, you’ll get a reminder email, showing the # of people who have signed up, along with links if you need to change your response. That email looks like this:
Around 4:15, the program counts the # of “yes” votes, and if we have 7+ people, will call the game (or not). An example of a final email is shown here:
Similar emails will go out at 8am, 10am and 11:15am for the noon games.
Additionally, to help make managing our mailing list easier, I’ve created this Google Group, “
Fernwood Ultimate" (
fernwood...@googlegroups.com). That's the heading that you'll see on all the emails. Replying back to that email address will email the whole group. You’ll get a note about being added to the group shortly.
