After installing Komplete 14 including Kontakt 7, my long hours of getting my quick-load setup just as I like it disappeared. Not only is it empty in Kontakt 7 (not that surprising), it's now gone from Kontakt 6. Literally, the Library/App Supp/NI/Kontakt/QuickLoad is completely removed.
Someone else mentioned the same problem. I've only installed Kontakt 7 Player, and my Kontakt 6 quickloads are all intact. Looking in Finder I have seperate quickload folders in the Kontakt and Kontakt 7 folders respectively, so it's odd that installing Kontakt 7 is removing the Kontakt 6 folder for people.
A bit late to the party here, after agreeing to install the free Kontakt 7 player with a paid version of Kontakt 6 in place (W10), no Quick load folders were copied to the new location (how hard would this have been to incorporate a copy command within the K7 installer?).
Quick-Load Purple 1 kb DNA Ladder is a pre-mixed, ready-to-load molecular weight DNA marker containing one tracking dye. Tracking dye does not leave a shadow under UV light.

Quick-Load Purple 1 kb DNA Ladder consists of proprietary plasmids, which are digested to completion with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 10 bands suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The digested DNA includes fragments ranging from 0.5 to 10 kb. The 3 kb fragment has increased intensity to serve as reference band.
Reaction setup:
We recommend assembling all reaction components on ice and quickly transferring the reactions to a thermocycler preheated to the denaturation temperature (95C).
Notes: Gently mix the reaction. Collect all liquid to the bottom of the tube by a quick spin if necessary. Overlay the sample with mineral oil if using a PCR machine without a heated lid.
Transfer PCR tubes from ice to a PCR machine with the block preheated to 95C and begin thermocycling:

I have spent a week of base building and space station construction, then i made a mistake, did quick load to reset the flight and BAM! im back on my first flight this save. Quick load/save needs to be changed so you know when your last save was.
If you are quick enough and the game didn't auto-save yet, press Alt+F4! Restart the game and it should load the last autosave, which was created hopefully few minutes before you quickloaded. If it isn't so, then you have to do all your work again...
Look under your KSP/saves/gamename directory. There should be a directory there called "Backup", with timestamped quicksaves in it. ie. it has been fixed, several years ago.
It's my first time playing so I'm quick-save scumming to get a feel for how strong fleets are what kind of stuff I can actually deal with, but when shit hits the fan, F9 does nothing and I have to sit around getting overloaded and flameout till they eventually kill me. I tried retreating, that took ages and even after I did they just chased me down and started combat with my cargo and fuel ships.
Quick-Load 100 bp DNA Ladder is a pre-mixed, ready-to-load molecular weight marker containing bromophenol blue as a tracking dye.
The DNA Ladder consists of proprietary plasmids which are digested to completion with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 12 bands suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The digested DNA includes fragments ranging from 100-1,517 base pairs. The 500 and 1,000 base pair bands have increased intensity to serve as reference bands.
NEB also offers a Quick-Load version of this ladder with purple dye.
Does anyone have statistics on the load time of very large file, e.g in the 100s of megabytes or larger? On my laptop I did a consult with one of these files (500,000 facts) and the load time was into the tens of minutes, not seconds. If several or more of these files are used at the same time the load time could take hours and then fail do to lack of memory.
XSB has a dynload command next to loading normal source code. Possibly we need something similar, i.e., a simple loader that skips as many as possible of the normal compiler steps that deal with pre processing, source administration, etc. Another thing on my wish list would be a way to write QLF files directly from Prolog.
I'm in a bit of a conundrum between deciding to serve images only in necessary width (using srcset) or to serve the images twice as big so that it will look good on Retina display.
We all want our webpage to look their best. Especially for those who deal in graphics or photography. And yet we also have to be wise about traffic bandwith. We want to be considerate about those using only WiFi. If they have to wait longer for it to load, they'd leave. I've also read that Google favor webpages that are lighter in their ranking.
But nothing is worse than to see your webpage looks blurry on Retina or HD devices. Especially nowadays where more and more people access the informations through their phones and in my industry, most are Macbook users.Right now my srcset looks like this:
Quick-release and quick-stretch experiments have been performed on preparations of smooth muscle from rat portal vein and rabbit urinary bladder. The low equivalent mass of the isotonic lever (8 mg) implied that inertial oscillations were limited to the first 5-10 msec after the load step. The high time resolution achieved in this way enabled us to separate three components in the length response to a step change in force: (1) an immediate passive elastic recoil, (2) an isotonic velocity transient lasting 50-75 msec and (3) shortening of the contractile element after its full adjustment to the new load. The maximal series elastic recoil was about 10% of the total muscle length in portal vein but only some 3% in urinary bladder. Stiffness of series elasticity increased in proportion to force and was about 3 times higher in bladder than in portal vein at any force level. Force-velocity relations for loads less than Po could be fitted to Hill's equation; Vmax in 4 AC-stimulated portal veins was 0.53 +/- 0.03 muscle lengths/sec and in 8 K+-activated bladder preparations 0.18 +/- 0.01 muscle lengths/sec. Application of loads greater than Po produced rates of lengthening greater than expected from an extrapolation of Hill's hyperbola. The nature of the transient component is discussed in the light of recent studies of force and velocity transients in skeletal muscle.
A COR-KNOT QUICK LOAD UNIT is used to load a COR-KNOT FASTENER into the COR-KNOT DEVICE. Each COR-KNOT QUICK LOAD UNIT provides one sterile COR-KNOT FASTENER held in a customized loading unit consisting of a purple target, a wire snare and a blunt curved handle.

What I found out is that this likely happens when there are quick load changes while the battery is full or nearly full. (working in float or absoption mode). It doesn't occur when battery is in bulk charging mode.
@Matthias Roetzer It is an overshoot of power, the MPPT is working hard then the load drops off and there may be nowhere for it to go. It is common, it happens in the time it takes for the MPPT to react and retrack after the change in conditions. I have seen what you are describing on several systems with no issues so far. In any case the voltage you have measured is close to the MPPTs capabilities. If there are no errors appearing anywhere, such as over voltage warnings, then there does no seem to be a cause for concern.
