Thetribe of Mystic Island once enjoyed a utopic life on their homeland of Mystic Island. Nature was thriving, food was plentiful, and travelers from around the world came, enriching each others lives with exotic goods. Unfortunately, that peace and prosperity has been interrupted by invading forces such as the greedy Pigs and Fish Pirates who have claimed land on the island as their own and begin harassing and attacking the native islanders. Desperate for a hero to save them, the village prays to the spirits for help, and one appears in the form of Munch, a guardian hunter spirit who's inhabited a doll made by the elder's granddaughter. Armed with his bare hands, spiritual magic, and insatiable, ravenous hunger, his goal is to free his home island from the Invading Pigs, Fish Pirates, and the Tyrannical Lord Darkdread.
I've BEEN wanting warframe to make a frame that's like a hunter, then they made ivara but let's be honest she does not look good. So hopefully DE will look at my idea. Just a little background Orion is a hunter that uses traps and primal weaponry.
Ability 2 - Mist: Orion releases smoke around him that stays in the area of activation with 100% status chance depending on which element you pick from a selection of fire, ice, toxic, and electric. Elements are chosen similar to ivara's quiver.
Ability 4 - Dart - Similar to ash's blade storm Orion marks enemies and when the ability is pressed again what ever enemies are marked Orion shoots with a blowgun. Whoever is shot is stuck in a "sleep" state (like ivara's sleep arrow) and for as long as they are in that state your health increases and damage is dealt to the enemies, the more enemies in the state the faster your health heals. If your health is at max no damage will be dealt to the enemies, but they will still be in the "sleep" state
This frame is still a working progress but this is it so far. I'm open to any criticism. I have some concept art of him but I'm unable to put it in the forum, so if anyone can tell me how I would greatly appreciate it!
Imo, u should change his third "I understand about hunter = stealth but works way to much like ivara's", the summoning is nice touch to a more brutal hunter though. The 4th would need more thought "it's clear inspiration " and animation wise would be very awkward compared to ash's blade storm "because it's a blowgun". I have some other thoughts but they won't go well with his primal theme.
Possible abilities - BOLA : tosses a bola at target, binding it "based on duration", when duration reaches 0, it explodes, damaging nearby enemies GAUNTLET :uses wrist embeded gauntlets, has 4 modes ... 1 -" buzzsaw" - shoots saw blades at a target, causes high slash damage and bleed proc/ - "net" - shoots a net in front of orion, binding targets "based on duration " , increasing range will also increase the width of the net, allowing orion to bind multiple targets at once/ -"Caldrops"- does a frontal sweep of shooting caldrops, enemies that step on them take puncture damage and gain reduced movement speed/ -"blast"- shoots a blast wave "think of banshee's first" throwing enemies away from orion, can also enemy redirect projectiles, "like a bombards rocket" shoots in a cone, thinking close range" ... H*LL CARRIER : tosses a small ball like object "think vauban" in the air, the ball hovers in the air doing a radial scan for targets, highlighting them, when the scan is complete its shoots a laser at every target, punching through walls/cover if needed ... H.C is definitely the 4th, really sorry about how long this is, on a ps4 and have no idea how to adjust.
Also, about mist, was thinking of changing how it works so it can instead be more like a stealth/support function, acting as a hybrid of wukong's cloud walker and excals radial blind, stunning enemies inside while outside enemies wouldn't be able to target properly, "increases evasion while causing enemies damage their allies"
OMG your ideas are amazing! I really liked your idea with the wrist gauntlet that shoots depending on what the player chooses. And I was kinda thinking making mist act like Wukong's cloud walk as well, maybe something would damage enemies when you pass through them?
That would be real cool, I haven't seen that in warframe yet. I just want a hunter themed warframe other than ivara. But more using traps and primal weapons. I would most likely give him the shields and health similar to ash, maybe a little higher
This quest may be started as soon as the player gains access into the Forest Park, by using a key taken from Cassie's safehouse, but unless the Milky business quest is also done, the player would get stuck early on, due to lacking a necessary item (unless they're on a new game plus, and have it in inventory).
If you talk to the Fairy Queen about the massive plant just outside of her grove, she would agree to share information... in return for some unique food she can't taste otherwise. Unlike standard gifts one requires to give her when summoning, there's no limit of how many attempts can be made.
The queen would reject most items you can offer her, not even considering them (there are special comments if you attempt to give her Bottled Bug Venom, Fertility Pill, Golden Apple, Meat Tendril or Weird Fish). However, she would accept the Cheese or Cheese Slice (Your Cheese and Your Cheese Slice would work too), as it's indeed a new experience for her and the other fairies. If you don't have any cheese on hand, you can make it at the Milk Farm by putting milk into refinery and waiting for some time; refinery may be obtained in the Mall, after renovating the farm itself.
The fairies would be too busy munching to pay attention to you, but when you leave the Fairy Grove, another fairy would reveal you the one and only weakness of the Giant Plant: there's a very conspicuous and very vulnerable bulb one can... rub, to make the plant leave; however, it would return eventually. It's so blatant, in fact, Lust Doll would wonder how they've missed it before.
When you go to the west, you would run into a tribal hunter, who would run from you further to the west. Follow him (remember that you can disabled Giant Plants by rubbing the bulbs; do not attempt to attack them directly, it's still just as lethal as before) right until you pass through the mushroom field. When he follows to the east by passing another plant, instead of following him, backtrack and go through the northern entrance, which would force the hunter to move to the east instead. When the hunter would disappear, search for a hidden entrance in the northern part of location.
Once in the village, you have to pass a series of Speech tests to convince the villagers that you're not an enemy (they're suspecting you to be an agent of someone called "plant mama", or suffer a "torture" (by various voodoo dolls) before they decides that you're innocent after all. Regardless of outcome, the villager leader (a large woman who introduces herself as Nymosa) would agree to talk to you, revealing that she's somewhat familiar with your language.
Nymosa can be asked on several topics: her village, her language, the "plant mama", the mushroom and her god, Polkopola. From now on, you can also approach the hunter (whose name is Nymph), albeit there's nothing you can do for now, not even talk.
The Tribal Hunter, also known as Indian,[1] is a minifigure that released in 2010 as part of 8683 Minifigures Series 1. He has a bow and arrow and wears a brown quiver. The Tribal Hunter is very similar to the Native Americans from Western and comes with the same accessory. The differences are the face and body pattern, and the feather is only printed with a black tip on one side.
The Tribal Hunter has tan coloured legs, torso and arms, with yellow flesh. On his legs is a fabric pattern, which shows the fringe of a buckskin tracking outfit. The same pattern appears on the upper half of the torso. Also on the legs is a tribal blue and white pattern, which is mirrored on the lower half of the torso. There is a necklace with blue beads, white strings and two feathers just under his neck. On his face are four tribal markings, two black and two red. The hip piece has a tribal pattern printed on it, with blue and white triangles and small tan dots. The hair piece also has two pigtails on either side of the head, and a black band above the eyebrows. The hunter has feathers that attach at the back of the head, both white with black tips. The Tribal Hunter has a bow and a quiver accessory. His facial expression is a wide smile showing white teeth, and two normal eyebrows.
The hunter was not severely injured by the shooting, Buffalo Field Campaign spokesperson Tom Woodbury said, but he described the situation as indicative of a poorly planned, dangerous and outdated management approach.
Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks has implemented fishing restrictions on more than a dozen western Montana rivers that are exceeding temperature thresholds following an underwhelming snowpack and a heat wave that broke records in some parts of the state.
After a week of moderate fire activity, red flag warnings indicating low humidity, high temperatures, strong winds and increased thunderstorm activity now span all but the northwestern corner of the state.
Montana Free Press is hitting the road to collaborate with newspapers across the state as part of our Reporter Residency program. This week, you can chip in for gas and lodging to help Reporter Mara Silvers report from Glasgow with the Glasgow Courier.
Asaba, a tribal leader in his Congo River basin village, was captured. As an experienced tribal hunter Asaba, was a skillful and stealthy navigator. Asaba, who also was wise for his age, was presumed to be in his early to mid-20s when he was captured.
Asaba walked for several hours and came to a creek. He walked in the creek for a mile or two to hide his tracks. The sun began to rise, so he hid in a clump of brush and fell asleep. When he awoke, he stayed hidden until night. He did not hear or see anyone all day.
