We are happy to share with you our requirements for Software Developers (Freshers). PFA the JD and our selection criteria.
Kindly let us know when we can come to your college for a campus drive.
Basic criteria :
1. Minimum Qualification - Graduate and post-graduate in computer - science or IT
2. 55% in 10th,12th & Graduation
3. Excellent knowledge of C, C++ (test is in these two languages)
4. Very strong fundamentals in Geometry and Arithmetic (high school maths)
5. Very good Aptitude
6. Good communication skills (both written and verbal English)
7. Ready to sign a 2 yrs bond (No deposit from employee though)
Interview Procedure :
1. First round of Written Test for 2 hours (Contains 3 sections - Geometry, Aptitude and C++)
2. Programming test (practicals on PC) for 8 hours
4. Final rounds of Technical and HR
